How to Pay

Insurance & Fees

MindHope Therapy is committed to making mental health services accessible and transparent.

Insurance

We may accept a variety of insurance plans depending on eligibility and coverage. Clients are encouraged to verify their mental health benefits with their insurance provider. If your insurance plan is not currently accepted, therapy services may still be available through private pay options.

Private Pay

Paying out-of-pocket for therapy offers clear, transparent pricing without the constraints of insurance billing. It often allows for quicker access to care, without the need for referrals or approvals, and provides greater privacy by avoiding the requirement of a formal diagnosis in your medical record.

This approach also removes insurance limitations on the length, type, and frequency of treatment, giving you and your therapist the flexibility to create a more personalized and effective plan. Additionally, you have the freedom to choose a counselor based on your unique needs, preferences, and values—rather than being limited to providers within an insurance network.

Please contact MindHope Therapy for current session rates and payment options.

Payment

Payments are typically processed securely through our online client portal before each session. Payment is required before or at the start of your session. For your convenience, credit and debit cards, Zelle, and Venmo are accepted as payment methods. If you have questions about insurance coverage or payment options, we are happy to assist you.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no cost if you notify us no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you fail to do so, you will incur a 50 percent session charge.
